I've always been an advocator of not counting my chickens but I do hope for a great game since it's between my favorite and most hated teams. I will be there in person so it makes it even more exciting for me personally and I'm sure for many more on both sides. Let's hope for an injury free game due to the nature of the game I'm sure it will be passionate for all of the players themselves. I know most of the talking heads have been picking the Texans because of recent games but the line is still Texans +3 so someone out there on the betting line is still giving the win to the Titans.

Let's have us some football come Sunday!!!

Go Texans!!!

Dont you use that reverse phsycology on us, its the TITANS who will win on sunday. We wont stand a chance against your team. I know there is NO WAY on God's green earth that we will win or even put up any points.

Everybody knows the Titans only have the record they do because of a soft schedule.

The Texans are the smart pick.

I agree the Titans had a soft schedule but I wouldn't count them out yet. Their greatest offensive strength (the Run) is still a weakness for our team. Not to mention Collins at QB while not a true offensive juggernaut is a vet that doesn't make mistakes so if we underestimate their passing game we will be screwed.

Never mind them having one of the best defenses around. If we get frightened into sticking to one form of offense be it run or pass, we open ourselves up for the Titans defense to eat us up. Titans are a good but flawed team, the reason people pick the Steelers over them is because the Steelers have history and are strong in all phases of their game.

When it really comes down to it, the Titans and Texans are about equal but strong and weak in different areas. It will probably be a good game unless we turn it over excessively.

If we're sticking to just the run, that means we're probably kicking their butts.

The Texans will post points, I think that's a safe bet especially with van Bosh out. The question is how many will the Tacks put up. The run have to be respected with Johnson in the backfield, so Reeves will be sure to get picked on a lot. Let's see how he handles it.

Depends on the situation, if we are sticking to the run it either could mean, their run defense is crap and Slaton is violating them, we are two touchdowns ahead and are just wearing down the clock or Schaub has been throwing incomplete passes and interceptions all day so we aren't trusting him or the receivers. My fear with the run is still that we will wear down Slaton if he takes the game or an entire half by himself on the field.

Hopefully, Moats is ready because I remember Kubiak took him out the Green Bay game quick when he missed a block.

Just keep practicing that defeatist attitude for the playoffs. It will come in handy.

Better luck next time.

The difference is the Steelers are always in it, the Titans are here one year, then Bud Adams doesn't sign his big FAs, and the Titans are back on the outside looking in. Like I have said in the past, thank your lucky stars that you have Jeff Fisher to hold things together in the down years. He is arguably one of, if not the best, coaches in the NFL.

hes been there 15 years and took them to 1 super bowl. i think thats sad...about like cowher and pittsburg....took him 15 to get their also. he is getting better AFTER 14 DRAFTS......lol KUBIAK is by far the best for us....and 15 years....lmao we will be... THE FUTURE OF FOOTBALL. KUBIAK went to probably more super bowls than ANY1 i can even think of....true....he didnt win them all......but i bet the farm he gets us there soon:D

whats funny, everyone likes the Steelers and we have more wins over winning teams than they do. Go figure.

The thing with the Steelers is that it's clear they have issues on that offensive line and it's effectiving Rothelisberger's play. Offensively, I think the Steelers might be a liability, especially on the road. Defensively, they're just sick. That said, I like their receivers more than your receivers but your backs--especially CJ--and offensive line are both better than theirs.

Whoever's the home team would seem to have the advantage head-to-head, it's that close, IMO.

Meanwhile, the Texans, at this point in the season, have seen enough of the field to know what they can and can't do, and they can beat anyone but also lose to anybody (especially if they don't take care of the ball). Turnover margin is critical against the Titans this week. If they eliminate turnovers, I like their chances, especially if Vanden Bosch is out.

Grats Texans, It was a good game. I'm not going to get into that why we didnt kick a field goal or anything. Just a fairly played game on both sides minus turnovers. Much as I hate losing I would rather lose to the Texans than the Colts. You all deserve it more. On a side note, I really hate the Ravens. they give us fits, this might in turn keep them away from us til the championship game should they get by the Steelers.

Again, good game and here is the Texans playing for a division next year with the Titans!

Thanks for that TNT. Don't get too hard on that loss, in 2006 the Colts lost to us late in the season... it was the last time they lost that year.

Thanks and hopefully it will be Titans and the Texans battling it out for the division lead without the Colts and Jags. Pitts is going to be a tough game next week and they just beat Baltimore so it will be an interesting game.
