Texans Vs. Titans Game Day Thread

Hi, everybody! :) Our Texans are coming from dramatic win from Green Bay last Sunday, and now have a chance to win their fourth game in as many weeks, and even their record to 7-7 this season when they host the visiting, and AFC South leading Tennessee Titans. Texans unfortunately lost their earlier meeting to the Titans 12-31 at LP Field in Nashville, and trail the all-time series 2 games to 11.

Gus Johnson and Steve Tasker will announce the game for the NFL On CBS, and televised locally on KHOU CBS 11. Marc Vandermeer and Andre Ware will also alnnounce the live game play-by-play and analysis along with sideline reporter Rich Lord simulcast on flagship stations KILT 610AM and 100.3FM in Houston, and the Texans Radio Network.

Cloudy skies are forecasted around the Reliant Stadium area for today's Noontime kickoff with partly cloudy skies at 72 degrees, and light winds up to 16 mph.

I wish the Texans to play with no penalties, turnovers, and especially no in juries as they enter the field. Let's see the Texans win later today so they can be at .500 this season, and GO TEXANS!!!!! ;) :cool:

I like the screen pass paly calls. Trying to slow down the rush. the line men need to get a better chip on them before they let them go there getting to Schuab to fast.

It was important to get SOMETHING out of that drive. The rushing stats are bleak right now but I like the fact that we keep giving the ball to Slaton. I'd like to see someone else out there, though. SS shouldn't take a 25-30 carry beating if at all possible.

Meanwhile, I think our passing game needs to be a bit more aggressive on second down. We "wasted" two second down pass plays with playaction/screens that had no prayer because the Titans were coming with heavy blitzes.
