I'm hearing all kinds of good things about players but Kubiak has done a great job over the last 4 weeks. He's called great games and for the most part has had this team ready to play football. Most importantly he is showing this team how to become winners first.

No, because then he will get cocky!!!, lol. Naw, of course, he has really stepped it up, the whole team has. Ill drink to that.

He made a bad call on the challenge today. The ball clearly hit a Texan on the replay, and it cost the team a timeout that could have been extremely important later in a close game. We got lucky the game clock wasn't an issue on the last drive.
Outside of that, it was a pretty good game today.

I don't really mind the challenge if you think of it as a long timeout. Okay he might (really doubtful) have gotten the call on the challenge. If he doesn't then he still has a looong time out to cool down the team and get them focused again.
I remember that the whole team was jumping and pumped when we got the ball, but when the refs (correctly) gave it to the Titans, everyone looked lost. Kubes got a long timout, refocused the team and especially the defense at the cost a timeout.

the Head Coach gets the call from the coaches in the box to challenge. Thats not his fault.
