I just wanted say congrats on your game Sunday that was a huge win. I've always been a fan of Kubiak and I'm glad to see he is building a great team. I think by next year you guys are going to be a force to be reckoned with.

Well, if you want to help, and since we are always taking yall's left over players, how about shipping that washed up Champ Bailey over here?

Oh, and thanks for Nick Ferguson. That guy, along with Eugene Wilson, has really helped out backfield.

I am also a fan of the Broncos so I think it was classy of you to congratulate us. Then again, the Broncos organization has always been a class act.

Thanks, it's been a tough year filled with large ups and large downs, and it feels really good right now. Our guys all protected Kubes about a month ago, when a lot of people wanted him gone. Riciculously, but they did. But the guys all came to his defense. That was the start of something big.

I think we'll keep Champ around for a while longer (hopefully) but you can have Matt Prater though. I would love to have Elam back.

ya man i couldnt believe they got rid of JASON ELAM...he must have wanted more $$$.....i saw him kick that 63 yd fieldgoal, back when ELWAY was playin, and it was almost a 70 yarder he kicked:D....whata way to ruin his BRONCO retirement just for the falcons? i,m not sure but he was a BRONCO a very long time, and no thanks...we dont need prater at all:D

I think most of those people calling for Kubes head had no idea what they were asking for. Some people seem to think that you get good players and if they do not win right away you have to replace the coach to make those players winners. They do not realize that most coaches want to change up the supporting coaches and players to build their style of team.

The people wanting Kubiak gone had the idea that all you have to do is find a coach that will win. In reality you have to rebuild a large portion of the roster just to form the team to the new coach.

Kubes has proven that he will keep this team improving year to year. Like they said last year, "Making the jump from an 8-8 team to a winning team is the hardest transition to make in the NFL." With thes trength of schedule that we had this season I am certain we are still on the right track even though we lost some heart breakers early.

The team bounced back from those heartbreakers and showed that the Texans will nto fold and give-up when the pressure builds up on them.

Just look at Oakland. A coach needs time to build the team to his style....Oakland has not had a coach long enough to instill any type of style, therefor all the talent in their line up goes to waste.

I don't think many wanted Kubiak gone, we all recognized that he had built a potent offense. I was living up in Denver the years they drafted Elway and Kubiak and have always been a fan of his, but I don't mind saying that he had me scratching my head plenty this year due to his percieved unwillingness to force-feed Richard Smith an ultimatum. It was his lack of authority he was displaying on the defensive side of the ball that had folks questioning his ability to be a HC in this league. The HC has to take responsibility on both sides of the ball and to the casual fan it seemed that he was unwilling to make some hard decisions when it came to Richard Smith and his defense. Of course now that we're winning, all is forgotten/forgiven...but it's because of our defense that we'll be watching the playoffs on TV this year rather than competing in them.

I'm hoping we've turned this team around now, but it wasn't that long ago that we were 0-4 and just trying to get to Cincy and Detroit.

I talked to a Titan fan who is a friend of mine at work and he told me the what he noticed was the difference in the team from the last times we've played, was the fact the team didn't quit when bad things happened to them. He said usually when they play us, you could see us give up if a few turnovers happened or we ended the drive in a FG. He said you could tell we've turned the corner.
