All day since the morning I have heard all about the cowboys vs the giants. Analyzing their win and whatsoever. My tech who is a cowboys fan is loving it. I left it on, in the therapy/gym area but in my office I changed it to TBS, screw ESPN.

Hey, they are still in the playoff picture but you are right man. They acted as if only one team played on Sunday.

If you guys are lookin' for love, tune in to the Houston Stations. Plenty coverage there.

Wish that I could! San Antonio tv and radio all hate the Texans. They give us 30 seconds of coverage, and then SHOW all the plays that benefit the other team. It really pisses me off.

Not every one lives in Houston brotha. I dont expect our butts kissed, but at the same time how many different times on one program do you need to talk about the same crap? Sportscenter will start the show out with some Dallas crap, who"s overpaid by the Stankees or what Giant shot himself in the leg then reshow it about every 15 min. It's annoying. We are a part of the NFL too and all we are asking is for the guys who live outside of Houston that might not of got to see the game to get to see some highlights. You know since they are the world wide leader in sports and all.

I live in SA as well. But we did get the game here live so I don't have any need to see highlights. I suppose I understand the complaint of those who didn't get to see the game due to where they live, but for those of us that did, RECORD the game and you can watch it over and over. You don't have to depend on ESPN for a 20 second snippet of film. From what I see, most that are complaining ARE from the Houston area...TIVO! This is 2008, there's all sorts of ways to record these games.

I have a home in Austin, and while I am there, it's the same thing. The Cowboys get coverage via paper and T.V. and the Texans get 2nd page one paragraph mentions?

But ESPN sucks. I was listening to Sirius Satellite last night and their sports was talking about the pro bowl players and mentioned the players from each team except....you guessed it, Houston. Hacked me off, but hey, when we start winning consistently, the coverage will come. Untill then, it does no good to gripe. GO TEXANS!

i can't even imagiune why they won't talk about us. We beat the team with the best record in the league. You would think they would take about the Titans and because of that talk about us. But noo.......haven't even seen that.

Exactly! I will never understand why it is so important to some of you guys that the "national" folks talk about us. You watch the games (if you're out of town- go to a bar or get the nfl package), you listen to the radio (if you're out of town-stream it) and you obviously talk a whole lot of Texans football on these boards. Who the F___ cares if ESPN doesn't mention us.

What would be so great about hearing them talk about the Texans anyway? I imagine you guys already know anything they were going to tell you anyway. Whether you like it or not, the Cowboys are as close as you're going to get to America's team. I for one hate that, but it's true. They have fans outside of Dallas and outside of Texas and ESPN is going to talk about whoever is going to keep more people glued to their channel. That being said, they over cover and over analyze everything. You can change the channel though.

Dude calm down, its just something we were thinking, man you dont have to get all riled up on it. I have alot of friends who live in different parts of the US who I met in college and some of them are Texans fans. They are those who are pissed off because some of us have careers and the only time we get to check the highlights are either because we do paperwork or are at the clinic working. We dont all have the luxury of sitting at home surfing the net all day and checking every single stat. Also, they do have NFL Sunday ticket, but don't get to see it as much as they like. We complain because the little time we get, we turn on the TV and we want to see if our team has highlights, not the Cowboys. They are the world wide leader in sports, not the Cowboy network, I expect my team to come out. And if you guys don't think that beating the Titans is enough to at lest put more highlights, then I don't know what is good enough for you guys. Those are the highlights I wanted my friends to see but all they see is Americas Team, sheesh, they make it very easy for anyone to be a cowboy fan.

Ha ha, that is a joke. I was watching KHOU on Monday morning and when the sports segment came on it was all Cowboys. That's right, I HOUSTON station. when the other anchor mentioned the Texans won too, the anchor doing the sports (I don't think she was a sports reporter) just gave a "yea"

ESPN... Especially Stupid Programed Nonsense

Down here in the Valley, even the station that airs most of the Texans games hardly ever mentions them. Guess we need more thugs on the team to get noticed.

That's what come with bringing controversial players to your team. It's been all T.O. this week. Or it's Pacman. McNair made the decision he didn't want that factor on his team. Jerry Jones did so he gets the coverage. It's not usually positive stuff, but you know what they say about that...it's better than no news.
