IIRC, the Pack runs a 4-3 defense, but Capers is a 3-4 guru. Unless they are thinking of changing, I doubt he will be selected.

I saw on ESPN that the Giants are also after Capers (there is a link but im too lazy to find it)

i dont get why all these 4-3 teams want a 3-4 coach...but apparently GB was interested in Mike Nolan before he signed with denver and he's a 3-4 coach so maybe GB wants to switch but it doesn't make sense for NYG
