Another fairly big name released. Can't wait to see who goes tomorrow!

The Broncos just released Dre Bly. Why not sign him and see if he can earn a spot opposite Dunta?? Couldn't we get him for pretty cheap since he just got cut?? That could really give us some freedom come draft day.

i wouldn't say he had a horrible year, he was definitely on a horrible defense that provided absolutely no pass rush whatsoever all year long.....hmmmmm...that kinda rings a bell actually. i also wouldn't say lets definitely go get him either but bush wants an attacking defense that creates turnovers, so for a ball hawk with over 40 career interceptions and still has speed to be available i don't see why he wouldn't be worth a look if the price is right...it's actually one of the few names being tossed around that i would be on board with, along with the safeties atogwe(st.l),landry(bal),or phillips from tampa.....$.02

Someone's going to give Bly a larger contract than he deserves based simply on his name alone. If we resign Dunta, we've got a really nice group of corners and can add one in the draft for much less. If we go after a FA corner, I'd hope we bank on Asomugha....but I won't hold my breath.

he got cut for a reason, he wasn't productive in denver, why would you want him other than he is a brand name? His best days are behind him.

i think we should bring him in for competition in training camp.

He would get garunteed money in his contract, much like our pass rush specialist from NE that was going to save us last year Colvin, we paid him 500K to be a competitor in camp.

I would rather sign C. McAlister instead. He has something left in the tank. He is bigger & can play S as well. 3 time former pro-bowler is someone New England probably will pick up.

I am certain KUBIAK raised his eyebrows when he saw it, but in the long run DRE already has seen his best days....even CHAMP has been getting beat on a regular basis.....very very sad to watch both these guys go down the drain. the raven is the best choice i see so far, McCALLISTER is fast and hits hard....hard to believe he was cut to begin with....but they have a EXTREMELY tallented DEFENSE that realistically they cant afford anymore:D

If Faggins and Bly were both on this team, I would cut them. We need yonger CB's not old ones.
