I don't know if there is anything to this. I would like to meet the largest baby born in Louisiana (15 lbs.) and a person that big. Man he could open some holes for LSU.

At first glance he seems a little to big to fit into the ZBS. Most interior lineman in the ZBS are smaller, more agile linemen that can get downfield and make blocks. I am impressed with the fact that he lost 20 lbs. That shows me he is dedicated and willing to make sacrafices to make it in the nfl. I doubt the Texans would talk to him if they werent a little interested. He would be a solid middle round selection.

Anybody have any ideas on where he is going in most mock drafts?

I have seen him anywhere from the 2nd to the 4th round. I think he should grade out at a 3rd or 4th rounder when all is said and done. Interior linemen usually aren't held in high regard so some good one's can fall a bit.

From what I understand he's big but kind of stiff. Doesn't have a whole lot of athleticism and uses his superior size to engulf his attackers rather than jumping up and getting to the second level in a hurry.
He's a pretty good prospect for a power running team but I don't know if that's what the Texans are interested in.

i gota say that PHILLIP LOADHOLT 6'8" 340 OKLAHOMA OL would be better, i just dont think he will go after the 2nd round:D

sounds like my type of guy to have as an offensive lineman. We should also be looking into retired sumo wrestlers as well.

sometimes you are just interested in a player because some other teams are.

If he is any good, then I could see Jacksonville taking him in the second round before we could get him. Although I don't see offensive line as that large of a priority unless we have multiple picks in the second or third round.
