Yes...This is another "if" post: If we are able to trade down and pic Mathews and pick up another third rounder; Would anyone be up for drafting James Casey in the third????? I love this guy. He is OD 2.0. could you imagine Casey, OD, AJ, and KW/AD on the field at the same time?

I really like Casey but he is already 25 or 26 because he played minor league baseball. I also think he will go in the second round. I guess it would all depend on if he falls in the draft and if we make some draft day moves. If the Texans sign Benson, I think that puts the Texans in the nice position of being able to draft BPA.

I know everyone is down on Benson...but, I have some faith that a few down years has grounded the guy. He pretty much went from star to dud in a 3 year period. Slaton, Benson, Moats would not be a bad backfield. I am sure he would come cheap being that he would be able to be closer to home.

I'm not down on him. i dont think he was ever talented enough to be drafted as high as he did but do i think he can play in this league... oh yeah. if he comes cheap i say grab him. i think he has his act together now. if not, kubes will straighten him out. These players want to play for Kubes and they dont wanna let him down. thats the kind of coach he is. Benson would do fine here.

our back up tight end, i forgot his name, is priased alot by the coaching staff, i would be shocked if we picked up a TE before the 5th round.
