Pat White and Slaton again?

All this talk about draft and I am surprised no one mention him.....

What you guys think maybe we go after Pat and bring those two back together again (Slatoon and White)??? I know we got Dan O for the Lions but I am not to keen on that idea just yet... I think Pat White would be better alot of ppl from the W.V have played well in our style and we do like ppl from there so does anyone see this happening? I dont know how much other teams will want him or how much he will cost.. if its too much $$$$ then no. But if its a descent draft pick / price i think its worth it...

Who else besides Slaton? And we like people from there? Kubiak is more a Colorado State guy, so I dont see how we like people from there, again, besides Slaton. And it won't cost too much if we did draft him though I doubt we will, the guy is gonna be a low 2nd -3rd round pick

Ur right about us getting other ppl from W.V... in my mind I was thinking Andre Davis played there but it was V Tech...
But anyhow I dont think its that bad of an idea... if he is not going to be much to acquire........

I would love to see Pat White in the 3rd round, but I would rather see this thread in the Draft section, until we draft Pat white he does not belong in the Bullpen, we are all used to just going to the bullpen, but this time of year we use the draft section for this stuff.

We could be trading back with our first which might allow us to grab him and an additional pick in the later rounds.

I've been saying this for like months already. Especialy if we traded down our first rounder and picked up an extra third took Clay Matthews with the first and used the extra third for Pat White and took Andre Brown with the ther third. Used our second on an offensive guard. Pickedup either JermainePhilips or Sen Jones in FA. These moves IMO are butter.:cool:

i would like to see pat white with slatpn. but lets face it. Pat whit will not be an NFL quarterback. Some teams are looking to draft him as a wr. It would be really cool to have him line up in the slot with his speed.

I have to disagree. At the combine I thought he was by far the best thrower there. An we all know Kubiak loves his utility players that is if white can manage at wr.

nah we dont NEED pat white...of course if we somehow wanted to try out the wildcat formation..he could be a good pick up...otherwise...dan is our man...

Bring him in sure...If he is cheap why not? Alot of teams last year used the wildcat. Bring him in add a few wildcat plays, but him 3rd on QB depth chart. Maybe some plays as a reciever, trick some people. I think it's a good idea.
