would Roy Williams be a good pick up if he gets cut , he said he would like to play for a 4/3 team even as a linebacker?
or is he not free yet?

If it's not too expensive. But I don't think that would happen.

I think he would still be a good run stopper and would probably like to stay in texas.
not a fan of dallas but i thought he was a great player

its not gonna happen...cause he would cost more to release...then to keep...same thing with T.O. thats why cowboys will be stuck with them two for 1 more year

No, Roy Williams is not coming here. We have our 2 safeties in Wilson and they want to see what they'll get out of Barber.

Someone called Charlie Pallilo's radio show earlier today and mentioned that he heard Oakland was interested in him, and Michael Huff could be released as a result.
If that happens, I'd be very interested as a Texan...in Huff, of course.
Wouldn't you guys take a shot on Huff if he's released?

IF the price is right........yes bring him in.
then depending who falls to us in the draft, we could either use him at LB or SS.
it would give us more options in the draft. That's a bonus no matter how ignorant u are.
But that was a big IF - on the right price
I doubt he would want what hes actually worth. He'll probably want double that

No way, I agree he was overrated as a saftey! If we can pick up a LB before the draft then get a LB not a washed up saftey that wants to switch to LB so he can still get paid.

he wants dallas to cut him today as ,most teams that would want him are waiting for him to be cut instead of trading for him.
I think he still has some potential as a run stopper and could play linebacker here in houston.

No truer words have been spoken why pick up a guy who will cost us 15 yards everytime he tackles a player. They instituted the horse collar rule because of him and he has not adapted his game to the new rule change, he is not near as an effective tackler with the horse collar rule in place. He is just the Brian Bosworth of safeties. looked great in college and got exposed at the pro level for being a 1 dimensional player.
