I was looking at the latest mock draft for Todd Mcshay on ESPN and look at who he put us drafting at our 1st pick. Again what is he smoking?

What are you smoking we have a draft forum to post this thread in. Mock Drafts are like asses everyone got one, but very few are worth looking at.

His Mock is 5 days old before the FA period opened, he would see we have a young backup for the furture. The Mock on NFL.com from TODAy has us picking up Jerry Peria, since we picked up a DE in FA.

I agree that he is definitely hitting the pipe!

Drafting him in order to groom him to be a good back-up!?!?

ESPN never gives us credit for our drafts. Get used to it..

That's a plus by me b/c if we had followed ESPN's opinion the last couple of years then we'd be screwd lol.

It sounded stupid the first few times i saw it. But, if matt has an issue...it maynot be so dumb.

Then again I have had a full 2hrs sleep and am running on empty. If we draft him, perhaps trade bait?

Here is a better QB option
From Gil Brandt..
Stephen McGee. Remember this name because he could be a real sleeper amongst quarterback in next month’s draft.

Certainly the 17 NFL scouts and one coach who showed up at Texas A&M’s Pro Day will remember him and his workout. The Aggies held their pro day on Wednesday, but it actually began with meet-and-greets Tuesday night at Wings-n-More in College Station, where scouts had an opportunity to conduct personal player interviews as well as ask questions of the A&M coaching staff.

The only non-scout at the pro day was Jaguars quarterbacks coach David Shula, who put McGee through quarterback drills. And let me tell you, McGee looked outstanding.

McGee, who ran the second-fastest 40 among quarterbacks at the combine (4.66), measured 6-foot-2 and 7/8 and weighed 222 pounds, down 3 from his combine weigh-in.

Watch out for this kid on draft day.

You will never win this battle. It is impossible to inform people that never come here and then randomly post something. :)

that's why its a mock draft, half the things that are predicted never come true. he does that to stir up discussion and keep people coming back. I bet you read his next mock draft to check who picks for us.
