Was just watching the Astros post game and on the ticker at the bottom saw where Byrd has been in an automobile accident and is in ICU.

Updating a previous report, Aaron Wilson, of ProFootballTalk.com, reports Louisiana State WR Demetrius Byrd (shoulder, ear) injured his shoulder and ear lobe as well as suffering scratches on his face and arms during the car accident he was involved in, according to a source. The severity of the injuries is not known. Byrd is undergoing hourly CAT scans to monitor his condition, according to a source.
