So I just got an invite in the mail from the Texans to a private event for season ticket holders. It's at the end of May, and they will be making introductions of the entire team, including the new folks, and the cheerleaders.

Interesting. The invite said this is the third time they've done this, but I don't recall getting invites the previous two years. Then again, I get so much Texans junk in the mail that it's likely that I was invited and just tossed them in the trash.

Anyway, I'm definitely going this year, and will report any interesting tidbits I come across. I'm especially anxious to see what Cushing is like in person.

It is called all access, they have done it twice before, your PRIVATE invitation went to 60K people, although it is fun and worth the trip, it is hardly private.

All you have to do is go to your account mgr. and download the tickets. Just in case you didn;t know. The letter only tells you to do that ,nothing else really.

No, I never said I was "special." I've just never seen this invite before (or paid attention to it).

Good luck meeting the whole team. When i went they were scattered all over the stadium and no one knew where anyone was going to be so it was a crap shoot meeting a particular player/coach.

Of course the main guys are at the floor tables but if you wait in the lines for them you wont be doing much else.

I especially enjoyed the training area adn the cafeteria. After seeing the cafeteria i still wonder why the cheerleaders would rather be there eating salads than on the field in the 3rd quarter. Maybe there was a secret hidden passageway to some dream area i wqasn't shown? There was a lot of banannas tho!

I have a David Anderson jersey ive been dieing to get signed by him, i just missed him at the draft party(was 5 feet from him when they cycled out new people), if I only get his signature at all access, the event will be a success to me!

Yeah, i waited in line for almost 2 hours to ask Andre a question or two and we got turned away because they decided to change the times they established arbitrarily.
