Cincinnati's NBC affliate WLWT (http://www.wlwt.com/news/13357753/detail.html) is reporting that Chris Henry failed a court ordered drug test (http://www.wlwt.com/news/13357753/detail.html) and could be facing jail time. The testing was part of his probation agreement with the state of Florida in that weapons charge he copped last fall. Most likely, Henry will head to jail.
