Texans fans, I'm proud to announce that the redesigned HoustonTexans.com will be unveiled this morning. There will be a one-hour window, between approximately 9-10 a.m., when HoustonTexans.com will be unavailable. Afterward, the new site will be introduced featuring several improvements and upgrades. Following are a few of the new features and enhancements:

*Vastly improved search engine
*Easier site navigation with footer links
*Enhanced video player with elapsed time indicator
*Increased site speed and load time
*Streamlined homepage design with higher res images and direct links
*Revamped Gameday section and player bio pages
*Redesigned Texans TV page with innovative video stats layout
*New article pages with links to social media
*Easier access to season ticket account manager
*Added integration with official team message boards and I'm a Texan Club

Please check out the new site today and throughout the next few weeks and send us your feedback. Thank you for your patience as we migrate to the new site this morning.

Thanks for the feedback. I appreciate it. We're still ironing out a few wrinkles. Thanks for your patience. The 'search' is now up and running, and we're fixing some dead links that we encounter. If you see anything glaring that hasn't been fixed by tomorrow, please mention it on this thread and we'll get it taken care of.

Nick. The new site is awesome.
I have a small request though.
Before the site was online you guys had a splash page there with a picture of Demeco from behind, it looked like he was coming out of the tunnel.
Could i get that as a wallpaper? That was an awesome shot!

Looks good! I like how the different topics scroll like on the Astros site. Nice!
