Battle Red Koolaid...

I had some fun with this in another thread so I figured I would make a new post so everyone can come up with their own Koolaid flavors. Battle Red Kooaid is clearly the best flavor... no denying that! :)

Here is the text from the other post for some ideas of what I am talking about...

After countless marketing surveys we have determined that Battle Red Koolaid will remain the staple for the season. However, for the 2009 season we will be adding some new flavors to go along with the new defense...

Flaming Tack Cocktail:
Bright pink in color and garnished with a cherry and pineapple so that when VY is hanging our with his shirtless life partners he will look pretty. Hopefully if the drink looks pretty enough people will not notice the gaping hole at the DT position!

Mangled Manning Punch:
There was a mistake during production of this flavor because Coach Dunge accidently took this recipe with him when he was packing up his office. So we had to substitue this flavor with standard Grape koolaid. The purple color will simulate blood stained Colts jerseys.

Jaguar Juice:
Artificially flavored to look like a real NFL team.

Well there is several shades of Koolaid..that depend upon the year we are having.

Of course there is the Battle Red Koolaid that we all drink at the start of the year. It gets us fired up and if we drink to much of it we can get loopy and predict 13-3 or even 16-0 records.

Steel Blue Koolaid is what most of the trolls drink after the Texans go 0-4 or loose to the Titans or Jags. After the Colts Rosencopter game I think we all drank alot of that...so much we had to alert the substance abuse hotline.

Liberty White is reserved for those posters who rarely partake in the Battle Red Koolaid drinking. They dont get too high or too low. This i feel Sportswriter79's favorite brand. Its for those who are Texans fans but dont like the firey effects of the Battle Red or the melancoly effects of the Steele blue. Its a sophisticated drink and not for every one.

Then there is a "special" Battle Red Koolaid that is brewed extra strong for those die hard posters and fans who freaking love the Texans no matter what. It is drunk preseason, 4-0 starts, 0-4 starts ,loosing streaks, and mental collapses. It is the antidote to steel blue and the "Special Battle Red is drunk when everyone else is jumping ship, becoming Cowboy fans or wishing the Texans never came to Houston. It usually reserved for when things are down here or other boards or when TexanSaint or myself are just sick of all the Naysayers.
Drinkers of this are usually TexanSaint: Spurstexanstros,HydroShock,Yosarian,Neocon,DoubleB arrell,A-B, Headsplint and the rest of the crew who I am forgetting.
I mean the guys that spend waaaaaaayyyyy to much time on here and other boards 365 days a year.
A side effect of this drink is spouses saying "Your posting again" or your boss catching you posting while you should be working.

I hope we dont need the Steel Blue...but I am ready for the special red just in case.

A side effect of this drink is spouses saying "Your posting again" or your boss catching you posting while you should be working.

If I did not knwo any better I would have though you were quoting my wife. I cannot count the number of times she has said, "look whos on the forums again." Or she yells from the other room while watching Grey's Anatomy, "Oh no, I hear someone typing really fast in there."

Perhaps some of us mix our koolaid a little too strong and that is why we get all loopy as pre-season is rolling around. I learned at an early age mixing the world's greatest powdered drink TANG! More powder = better taste... until your teeth rot from all the sugar. :)

I think my "texans" teeth were full of cavities a long time ago. :)
