I'm looking forward to my first in person game, Unfortunately it will be an away game since I live in KC. We play the chiefs in the 1st preseason game. Since its a Saturday game I get to go! Any other Texans going to be in town or do I have to represent all by myself? Tickets go on sale 31 July!
With the fun of living in an NFL town might be the only time except for MNF I get to watch this year. At least when I lived near Jax I got to watch them lose to use twice a year. In KC I get to watch the chiefs lose 12-14 times a year.

My stupid city signed an exclusive contract with comcast so no NFL ticket for me. Otherwise I would have a couple seasons ago.

I will be attending my first Texans game on opening night against the Jets. I purchased a 3 game plan as well today. I am sooooo ready for the season to begin. This should be a great year.

You can. The "exclusive" to which he referred has to be with cable, not satellite.

Hard to justify spending close to a thousand bucks to see the starters play 1 or 2 series.
Know you will represent well!

There should be plenty of Texans fan, on the other board someone posted that they bought 50 tix real cheap in the end zone. They are planning a roadtrip so look for them, heck thay may even give you a ticket.

I was thinking of doing that 3 game plan that they are advertising.
500 bucks for three people to go to 3 games, that's 55 bucks a game, and I think I was in a pretty good spot!!!
The only real problem is, I don't have a job, my parents have good jobs, but it is still too tight.:(
Tho' the three game plan is to then NYJ game, the Jax, and the Colts, and THOSE would be AWESOME games to go to.

Managed to get 2 tickets in the endzone row 5 for 20 each. I can live with that cost even if I am surrounded by chiefs fans. Hopefully I will be able to get some good pictures also.

You do get $15 of free food or drink with each ticket so $45 total, so they are really just $50 seats and you art prepaying $5 for food which you'll spend anyway as long as it is good for beer....

I'm taking the digital camera so I'll try to post some shots of our TD's and the goal line sacks our defense racks up.
