I just read this a few minutes ago. What exactly would they be discussing and what consequences or advantages would there be to doing this if true?

I was hoping someone out there would have more information on this? Or at least an idea on what this would mean if McNair or our organization is found at fault for some reason.

McNair said it was fabricated and he isn't known to be a liar so I'll take his word for it.

I would be shocked if this were true. You have a current and former player on the side of McNair in a matter that if true would have adversly affected the players and the NFLPA. As far as consequences, this would be a legal matter, and since the NFL was "supposedly" involved, I doubt any sanctions would have been brought against the team if it were true. The NFL and the Texans would have been looking at fines from the Federal Trade Commission or whatever department handles these disputes. It seems to me like this woman is just trying to get paid.
