Tim Tebow

For some reason today I got a gut feeling that Tim Tebow will be drafted as a 49er. I think with that said, he can restore that team to greatness.

Except for the fact that Tebow has a rag arm and a screwed up delivery. Is he a great leader, yes. Is he a great QB, no. Put him in any other offense in the country where he is regularly taking snaps from under center and is asked to stand in the pocket and make precise passes and no one would even be talking about him. Matter of fact he may not even be a starter in another offense. Someone will draft him to be their QB of the future and that team will be very disappointed.

I think Tebow will be drafted in the 3rd - 4th round. Whoever drafts him there will get fine value because he has shown leadership and a will to win which are very important at the QB position. He actually doesn't have a bad build for an NFL QB, but the skill set just doesn't appear to be there. In the 3rd or 4th it is worth taking the gamble that after a few years in a system maybe Tebow will be the exception to the spread QB rule. BTW Alex Smith is the rule ha ha.

Jacksonville - Owners is on record saying if Tebow is available he will draft him.

I think Tebow will go rather high in the draft. He is a perfect fit for a team that needs to rebuild itself from the ground up. Tampa Bay I'm looking in your direction. Build an offense around him and he can prosper.
