i have a good feeling about this weeks game against the bengals. the same feeling i got before we beat the titans last year.
think about it for a second, we are getting better. amobi okoye already has more sacks than he did all of last year. mario is getting pressure on every play almost. our linebacker core is as good as any in the nfl. and with the addition of bernard pollard maybe our secondary is finally manning up. lately, have you noticed our defense always pulls everything together in the second half? its only a matter of time before they figure everything out. and we have a great offense. and trust me, i hate the texans management and coaching just as much as the next guy, but i wont give up. i just cant. so come on guys... time to nut up or shutup.

Exactly the Texans are a mid-season team and we already have a better record then we did last year. I know we will beat the Bengals on Sunday and I honestly do see us going 10-6 with a Wildcard against Indy.

Exactly, play a whole game like we played the 2nd half against Arizona and we can beat ANY team in the NFL.

the defense has steadily improved, if we have an achillies heel on this team it's the injury bug that keeps on biting us. Chester pitts is really being missed on the interior line. the secondary has been playing musical chairs. Caldwell needs to show something at rightguard next week, this is his foot in the door, maybe he can earn a starting spot and show the line how to play with a mean streak, this would ignite the running game and open up our offense.

Hello my dear, I expect a good game on Sunday and believe that while defense is indeed inspired your guys will probably either Slaton, Moats or even Brown (crazy to think huh?) run for good yardage. AJ will be silently pissed off and unless your guys break Matt's leg or head off fast enough, you will see the Giant show your secondary his stuff.

Also, I see the Texans leaving with at minimum one sack. That is my gut and opinion talking but either way I expect a fine game.

"Not all hope is lost" if your talking about the texans I agree. If your talking about my marriage, its going strait down the toilet. All seriousness aside, I think its been slow but I see most of the teams weaknesses getting better. I think the coaching will get better and I think this team has a lot to look forward to in the next few years. In all honesty, I still see payton manning as one of the biggest things standing in our way to the playoffs. We are going to have to be a really good team all around to rival his monopoly on this division every year. It is really difficult when you have to mark off two division losses on your schedule at the start of the season but I'm looking forward to that changing.

I don't think you should get your hopes up too high. Our run D isn't as bad as the stats might suggest. Oh, and tell your team they should bring back the icky shuffle, I loved that move.

With as bad as we have played this year parity has caught up with the league. We are 1 game back from a wild card berth. We need to rack up some W's but we are not out of it yet. We just need 60 minutes at a time.

As for any short yardage work; I think we have Mario go iron man as a blocker with Leach either pounding it right behind him or both blocking on a QB keeper.
