I heard about this yesterday, I think it's a great thing that he's doing. Teach his players a little humility, and get them to make sure that no one steps out of line again. I can guarantee that the players who did nothing are going to be even more upset with their teammates, and will keep everyone in line from now on. Plus this will allow them to bond more as a team, and will help a family with the Habitat build, and helping out at the Special Olympics is a nice touch too.
