Andre Woodson. No question. Anybody want to challenge me on this one? I'm all ears. :)

Ill take Brian Brohm he has a Peyton Manning type game and i predict he will turn around the Atlanta Falcons next year.

Atlanta would be the obvious choice, wouldn't they? haha
Atlanta, KC, Miami, Cleveland, Oakland...they will own the Top 5 picks in 08.
I think Andre Woodson would be a perfect fit in Seattle, since we're on the subject. I think he's a late 1st rounder that will definitely go after Brohm, but will become a better pro than Brohm.
Brohm knows WHEN to throw the ball and how to interpret what defenses are trying to do against him. Woodson isn't that skilled yet, but there's just something about him that I really like. The only thing Brohm has on Andre is time and experience. Andre was a late bloomer, but he's finally bursted onto the scene in a big way.
I definately agree i think he could have a Jamarcus Russell type rise to the #1 pick if he has a great season he has all the tools and talent to do so.
I think if the teams fall correctly they could go 1 and 2 in the draft although Mcfadden might have somethin to say about that haha.

I think Dallas will draft that LSU defensive tackle. Then Desean Jackson because I think Terry Glenn is going to end up hanging them up. They are missing the electrifying return man/speed receiver.

Dallas has Clevelands 1st rounder.
I don't think KC would spend their 1st (top 5?) on a QB this year...they have enough holes..and prob. will let Brody learn some more.. (although they could use brohm/woodson)
Texans don't have a 2nd round pick because of the Schaub Trade ('07 and '08 2nd rders)
San Francisco gave up their 1st rd pick in '08 to draft Joe Staley...question is who'd they make that trade with?
New England had two 1st rd picks, i think only used one- did they trade one to somebody?
Indianapolis gave up their 1st rd pick in '08 to draft Tony Ugoh in the top of the 2nd.

Thanks outofhnd. I was pretty sure that was the trade but didn't know for certain. I like the fact that Indy won't have their first pick till pretty late in the 2nd!
I'm going to try and catch some Kentucky games. I'm not too familiar with Woodson- Kentucky usually doesn't have a very good team but seem to be pretty solid...tough schedule though.

Jonathan Stewart form Oregon is a back i think will be a star and would like us to snag him.
Dude is powerful, fast, breaks tackles, catches the ball well has everything you look for in a running back.

The last back that looked like a stud from Oregon got banned for use of the wizzonator. I will reserve my opinion of him until he plays the USC and UCLA Defenses I would like to see what he does against a real defense not just michigan.

I think the only people on the U of H defense that are going to the NFL are the trainers.

Put me down for Woodson...he isn't even close to being like JaMarcus Russell. They are totally different in style, body type and movement. Woodson was incredible vs LSU. If his WR's had better hands his stats would have been off the charts.

Put me down for Brohm. If we are talking NFL style quarterback, he gets my vote.

Brian Brohm could very well just be the product of a very good system in Louisville. He has individual ability, don't get me wrong, but Woodson is a superstar in the making. He's got it all.
See Stefan LeFors if you don't believe he may just be the product of a very good system.

Woodson, he is a great passer, but he is not much of a runner (not Russel/Vince). Kentucky is coached by a former NFL coach, so I think he will be a great player...
His only losses this year were to USC and Florida, Go Gamecocks!!!

Russell isn't a runner either. He is not much more mobile than Schaub (if he is at all) and not even close to VY.

Woodson... and thats not saying much. If a team is looking for a franchise QB, they are gonna have to wait another year or two.

Yes i have seen him play 3 times. In my opinion, a franchise QB has to be able to make all types of passes, i have only seen him make medium passes(15 yards avg) and shorts (come backs and curls). He reminds me of Troy Smith, just without the running skills. REMEMBER, JUST MY OPINION. If have seen him play for a while and you believe that he is a stud, than you know better than i do and please correct me. I mean the Qbs this year do not standout how they did last year or two years ago.;)

I understand what you're saying, but short passes and ball control is what Kentucky's offense is all about. He hit the long post to win the Louisville game, but that was wide open. He's every bit as real as advertised.

Andre Woodson (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoRtcV66u_U) compares better to Ben Rothlisberger than Troy Smith. Woodson is a big strong prototype player with a big arm and Troy Smith is a small undersized QB with an erratic arm.

I don't think you could go wrong with either one, they both are franchise QBs in my book and they're more like 1a and 1b.
Brohm gets a bad rap, because the Cardinals defense is so horribly bad he has to air it out the entire game to have a chance to win. If Louisville had the defense they had last year I don't think there would be so much people bagging on Brian Brohm.
Brian Brohm's defense has literaly cost him a chance at the hiesman trophy and is making his draft stock drop..........I mean nobody even whats to bring up the fact that he's having his best year ever at Louisville.
