1. Ray Rice - Dude is just statistically amazing
2. Steve Slaton - I think his combine numbers could propel him to #1 in this years draft
3. Darren McFadden - Really have not heard alot of him this year.
4. Mike Hart - Consistent even if his team is losing
5. Marlon Lucky - Another great back in the Nebraska system.
6. Tashard Choice - This guy is a great all around back will be a surprise.
7. Anthony Allen - Amazing back but I think he is overshadowed by Brohm so he does not stand out as much.
8. Justin Forsett - really showing people what he can do and is emerging from the shadow of Marshawn Lynch.
9. Jamaal Charles - Speed without the flashy moves of reggie bush
10. Terry Grant - Amazing Runner

You haven't heard a lot of him because the R'backs have only played one game so far. In which, McFadden got 151 on 24 carries with one TD for a 6.3 avg. per tote. Not too Bad

1. Steve Slation : 200+ yards and 4 touch downs in the second half this guys a beast
2. Ray Rice: Should be the texans top pick (i pray lol)
3. Darren McFadden: If he can stay injury free will be second running back drafted
4. Jamaal Charles : Will be a better Running back than Reggie Bush With reggie bush speed
5. Mike Hart: Consistent if drafted by the right team will explode on the NFL scene
6. Felix Jones : One reason McFadden is so effective
7. Yvenson Bernard : Over 1300 last season should be better this season
8. P.J Hill
9. CJ Spiller
10.Tashard Choice: last year avg (105.2 yards per game)
P.s. Noel Devine is gonna be a beast He freaking got 125 yards on his first three carries

If you think Mcfadden is gonna be the 2nd RB drafted you obviously dont watch him play he's got #1 overall pick all over him.

Tony Hollings was in the same mold...don't be so over-confident...in running backs consistency is more credible than flashy moves or stats over a short period of time.

Slation is on a better team and will have more hype behind him. Thats my only reasoning but these will be the top two backs drafted for sure.

Are you serious Toney hollings was a PROJECT ........... a DB who was converted to running back his last year for dept purposes and played like 4 good games before getting injured. Noel Devine is a Pure running back who was breaking records in high school , and is now doing the same thing in college. But hey don"t take my word for it do your own research.

In 5 years every position in the NFL is going to be a track meet. In a year or so we will have TEs that can run 4.3 40 times.

So what if he runs out of the shotgun his combine numbers are going to make him possibly the top running back taken. Kind of the same way Ronnie Browns combine numbers made him the top running back taken over cadillac.

Im not saying success I just think his numbers mean he is drafted first.

noel devine is sick. a puff of smoke that you cant hardly knock of his feet. some his vids where he gets into traffic of 7 or 8 players on sideline. some how, some way, he pops out the other side of it all and scores. you cant teach that kind of vision and instinct. i know it is high school, but florida football is not texas football, but they are no slouches either. i hope he grows 2 more inchs, and gains bout 15 more lbs.

You have to put Cory Boyd the RB from USC on the list. He is part of a RB tandem, so he doesn't have McFadden like numbers, but he is a great running back... He is a fast RB but he also is known as a hardnosed runner... Check him out...

Trust me I have and he seems decent, but that's it...decent.
He is better than decent, but he is not up to top 5 status, but he deserves to be in the top 10...

i am by no means an a&m fan but their RB combo will both play in the NFL. I could see goodson being top 10 after his junior year

Did any of you watch the Texas/UCF game? Although I agree that Jamaal Charles has great potential and lots of speed, I don't think he deserves top 10 just yet. He spends most of his time running from shotgun (like Slaton) and can't run between the tackles. He had 2 fumbles against UCF when attempting to run up the middle and the announcers mentioned numerous times that he openly admits to feeling uncomfortable running between the tackles.
Devine.. ive seen his highschool highlights. He is the adopted son of Deion Sanders.
Could be an interesting pick for us.
