Just think, if we had drafted him first, he probably would have held out for an insane contract like Jamarcus. He apparently did a small preview of that before the draft with us and that arrogance cost him. He got to suffer a Brady Quinn moment as he got rolled down to number 2 and for a non-servicable North-South running back, I wish him the worst. :)

I don't care to hear about people dogging Reggie Bush!! For all I don't care, he should become a pro bowler or not. It's up to him. And I sure am not going to hope he has a bad career or a stellar career.

I disassociate myself from this controversey. Just like I like to see Ladanian Thomas, Payton Manning throw, Brady drive those offenses of his. Bush might some day catch my eye too.


Kubiac is the coach and he felt that Williams was the pick; and I don't beleive John McClain saying that Kubiac wanted Reggie but it was Charlie Casserley's call. I think John McClain is in LOVE :eek: with Vince and he uses Bush as a tool against the Texans. If you didn't pick Vince then you should have at least gotten Bush.

But, ha ha, it is quite a front 7 on defense, isn't it :D

in truth i like watching reggie play just as much as i like watching vince. vince more so. till they play the texans then i absolutely despise and hate them for 60 minutes. i just don't think reggie deserves all the accolades and hype he gets. he is not that damm good. he is an offensive weapon that has to be used correctly for him to be effective. his shortcoming become very apparent when he tries to be a RB. i truly think he would be better off moving to WR permently. they saints are pretty light at WR anyways, and they have a good grinder at RB already. but i digress.
