Ok after seeing the Steelers new uniform, that was the ugliest Uniform I have ever laid eyes on but lets take a poll on it.

I think the white pants made it worse. I think willie parker was just running for shelter from the cameras.

Says I wish I was a Packer to me. I will always hate that team.

As for San Diego, I think theirs is good. I can't comment on Minnesota's because I never saw it.

The packers are atleast smart enough not to wear white pants.:) look at this

UGH I never saw those. U-G-L-Y! I don't even like the old ones but they have developed tradition with those. Never change tradition.

i honestly hate the bills jerseys worse...they could have made the yellow helmets work, but the pitts jerseys and white pants didn't help

I dont understand the bills uniforms it looks like they fired the designer midway through.. and just fille the rest in with Blue. No one really wants to go to buffalo with those uniforms.

I actually liked that Steelers uniform on the w'end. It's plain n' original w'out being too bland like some that look unfinished as said above. I don't mind the Vikings jerseys either, the new Chargers one is just awful & I've never been a fan of the Bills uniforms either to be honest...

My first impression of the Steelers uniforms were, I hate them. I actually thought they were some Throw-back uni's.

I may be biased because I have to see those god awful Bills jerseys for half of the season up here so I think those are the worst. However Pit definitely made a run for awful awfulness this weekend. Looked like someone beat up the packers.

Also, the chargers throwback is awesome.

Those Steeler jerseys were butt-crack nasty looking...

They remind me of those 70's god awful Pittsburgh Pirate jerseys.

Were those NEW uniforms or throwbacks?

Were those NEW uniforms or throwbacks?

Yes--they were new uniforms (not for regular use but new) designed to incorporate '50's and '60's elements.

Strange things happen week to week. I still will say the Panthers are a better team. That's why they call them "upsets".

Are you kidding? At least when I am wrong I admit it. Texans dominated that game.

I think that they will beat the Colts too.

Well with the possibility of not having AJ, that makes the task all the more enjoyable if we do.

I don't think any of those team's unis are as bad as the Bengals. Those jerseys/pants are U-G-L-Y. When I look at them, I just think it's over-kill and too much.

Crow?

I have tried to tell you dolts time after time that I am not a fan of one particualr team. I simply like NFL football by who ever plays it. I do look at who's playing and pick a team I believe should and will win, but I have no personal bias toward any one team.

You have a heaping helping of crow that you have not eaten yet. After all the disparaging remarks you made about the Texans, you should at least have the class to congratulate the team on the win and admit you underestimated us. Show some class man, for real. I searched your posts, you never even mentioned the win, instead you came back here and started talking about VYs performance in week 2 and completely ignored a huge win by the Texans. If you are more interested in talking about Vince Young than the Houston Texans, here is a link you should check out:

http://www.gotitans.com/goForum/

Otherwise you need to man up and admit you underestimated the Texans. Congratulate the team on the big win, and retract this erroneous statement:
the Texans are one of the bottom tier teams......period.

I couldn't tell......sorry

About you calling the Texans a bottom tier team...how's that working out for you? I want to hear what you have to say when the tacs have to play the Texans defense that'll shut down their running game. What are they going to do....pass???? bawhahaha.

Man up sucka.

How did my ugliest uniform thread get hijacked? Dont we have like 2000 other places where you guys can talk smack about teams?

I swear any post that tahuya posts in everyone has to battle wits with him. Both sides have a valid point.

Even if we are 2-0 unchartered territory, History has dictated that Tahuyaman's analysis is correct. We have not yet proven we can hang with winning teams over a 16 week period. I get it Tahuya...

On the flip side, We have shown consistency over what I consider outside of new england, the best front 7 in pro football last week in carolina. We didnt give up a sack to there 3 sacks. So I wouldnt call us a bottom tier team. I would say we are a team that is under the radar even with our current success. I think we are a sexy pick like the saints of last year. However you cannot argue statistically except for 3 big plays to steve smith we held carolina in check. :)

Couldn't have said it better. THE most garrish unis in the game. I get a headache watching 11 guys runnin' around wearing those gawd awful things.

Where's Vera Wang when ya need her? heh.

(Caution-Silliness ahead)

I'm pretty sure the Panthers were "upset" about it too. How embarassing for them...to get beat by the "lowly" and "hapless" Texans. The only 2 adjectives ever used to describe this team. Well...i have a feeling they are already thinking up some new adjectives for this years team! Like.."highly" and "hapfull" and "unbeatable" and maybe even.."Cinderella team".

You should really think about picking a team to call your own. It isn't a requirement of course..but i think when the team has a good year..it means more because of the suffering through the bad years with them.

Shoot..i almost forgot..Well..i have to say that the worst uniforms in my opinion are the San Diego baby blue and white. Totally un football like.

My personal, emotional or spiritual wellness doesn't rise and fall with the fortunes of a football team. Football is entertainment. I am entertained by watching football once or twice a week. If a team has a bad year, I don't suffer with them. They just don't play as well as some, therefore they are less entertaining.

Then what's the matter ?

Maybe you shoulds try eating prunes with your crow .

Here being your so smart , you can add some smugness to it .

By the way the Texans kicked the crap out of the Panthers in Carolina , and after spotting them 14 points .

I would say it was no upset , it was an buttkicking . You shoulds learn the difference .

However you try to justify it..it still means nothing to me. I was only trying to explain that football would in most likelyhood become a lot more "entertaining" to you ,if you did have a connection with a team.

But i feel like i am banging my head against a wall here so i will stop and let you go about your way.

But those remarks sound very much like a bandwagon fan. A fan that roots for whatever team is having the best season(ie more entertaining) To me..that is kinda sad.

Sorry for the hijack. I'll stop. San Diego...baby blue still the worst! Next! :)

Good call. He's a troll with no logical explanation as to why he's on the Texan's Message Board.

But...how can you say the baby blue unis (I actually like them) are worse than the Bengals?

Those uniforms make me recall the offshore rig i was stuck at where the crew watched faithfully.."The Love Boat"

Those are the love boat colors. The bengals are pretty bad too but those baby blue and white..flashbacks..lol

To me it seems like tahuyaman's football interest is a casual thing, but that doesn't explain why someone would spend hours monitoring and posting endless messages on the board of a team he obviously doesn't like anyway.

Seems like an incredible waste of time to me, but its apparently more than that. He comes and posts negativity here because he knows it gets a rise out of the Texans fans that regularly post here. He simply gets a kick out of trying to ruffle peoples' feathers.

He will never stop as long as he is acknowledged. Ignore him and he will eventually go somewhere else for his attention fix..preferably from his mama.

I don't think their uni's are especially ugly but I think the Steelers helmets are goofy looking.

I don't like the Broncos uniforms at all but nothing is uglier than the Bengals.

I agree about the Saints. Their uniforms are the best.

I wouldn't say the Browns uniforms are ugly. They are plain and not flashy in any way, but they aren't ugly.

I was surprised the Browns' uniforms weren't on the list. I think theirs are the worst in the NFL.

Throwback was hideous...I agree!
I think the Steelers would be okay if they went with black pants (ala Saints) versus the white. I feel bad for our guys when they wear white pants...I don't wanna see know jockstrap showin through the butt end...don't understand why anyone would utilize the white pants in football! Can see right throw em...
That being said, I like the monochromatic look of the Saints...just like our Steel blue jerseys with blue pants...
The Bengals are too busy...
I really like the Seahawks...with the exception of that neon green line...the blue/grey look is awesome.
Powder blue is okay if you're the chargers...wish they would go back to that. I'm okay with white helmets only if they wear the powder blue jersey with...
Didn't like the powder blue of the Oilers...errr Titans!
