Those same "Sports babes" called the Spurs boring. They have no idea what a quality team looks like. It just the same old, ESPN fed, uneducated "babes" who have no idea what they're talking about. Ever since the Spurs comment, I can't take them seriously.

It's not aimed my target demographic...If I want to talk some football I'd rather identify a few (http://blogs.chron.com/fantasyfootball/2007/09/prediction_on_texans_vs_panthe.html) of the people who are credible (http://sports.aol.com/fanhouse/bloggers/stephanie-stradley/) in and around our little football society and read their blogs (http://www.houstontexans.com/news/blogs.asp?post_id=196), and listen to their feedback as they interact with us...that's where the good stuff (http://www.houstonprofootball.com/scout/) is in this haystack of information. The flick doesn't stir outrage, but some of the comments (stuff like the porno quips) from you guys don't reek of class. It's ok if you don't like something so try to keep in mind that it's not going to make you look weak to take the high road.

It only took 30 seconds for the "Houston we have a problem" line. God I hate the movie Apollo 13. That was painful to watch.

So David Carr was great, but we should have taken Young? We signed Ahman so that means we should have taken Bush? I mean seriously, that's completely retarded. Ahman = proven RB who can run between the tackles and pick up tough yards, and may still be able to break one every now and then. Bush = dancing behind the OL and averaging an "amazing" 3 YPC on a good day. Schaub = perfect fit for Kubiak's offense, years of experience in a WCO, a quick study who is an unquestioned leader on offense. Young = an athlete who may develop into a good passer, but would not fit the scheme and would probably take a while to develop. After dominating the Chiefs and Panthers, I think it's safe to say that we messed up.

You probably want me to list some celebrities, but I honestly can not be attracted to a girl that I have not seen in person. Magazine pictures are touched up and every celebrity has a team of makeup artists that makes them look way better than they really do. I'll play along though and list well-known girls that I have seen in person that were cute to me in person: Jessica Alba, Hillary Duff, Keeley Hazell, and that's pretty much it. Girls that I have seen in person that looked terrible compared to how they look on TV and magazines: Jessica Simpson, Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Christina Aguilera. There's more but I'm drawing a blank now.

Furthermore, that twangy "Everybody knows this, even if they're stupid," way that they tend to finish a sentence is really annoying, especially when you know that they are wrong. It reminds me of teenage girls trying to figure out which guy is more of a man than the others--which is usually decided by which guy's hair is more blond or who has the fastest car.
