I like Romeo but he had the unfortunate decision to take over as coach of the browns.

Romeo's a really nice guy, but I think he's outmatched as a head coach in the NFL. He flipped a coin to decide who his starting QB would be. Give me a break Romeo!
He does appear to be over his head to me also. There must be something 'inside' to have gotten him the head coaching position. ??
He appears to have a major dislike for Brady Quinn too. Browns fans are getting antsy with him for making Quinn wait it out for several weeks.
I'm having a hard time trying to picture them working in harmony down the line. Wonder if Cowher might be in the future plans there ....

The Cowher thing is a good question.
The rumors are getting louder. Can't picture him doing games for long.
JMO .. it's not working.
Also, I think the decision to hold Quinn out for a while longer is smart. Anderson played tremendous in the Cincy game, so they should give him a shot.
Probably so, but until yesterday, the no-confidence vote seemed to be with both Frye and Anderson ... that ol' coin flip decision ...:)
So then with Frye gone, guess Anderson can do his thing until Quinn is ready. ..
We'll probably face Quinn in Cleveland in November.

The longest tenured coach in Steeler's history returns from retirement to coach a division rival? Somehow I just don't see it.
Best,

Sometimes you just go back to your roots.
Cowher got his football experience in Cleveland as both a player, 1980-82. and then his first coaching job, 1985-88, under Marty Schottenheimer.
It would be a homecoming of sorts for him... but a significant blow for a divisional rival of course.
