Who's it gonna be?

It sounds likely that Andre Johnson will not play on Sunday due to the knee injury. That leaves to position of "big play maker" wide open for the rest of the receiving corps. Who is going to step up to fill the gap?
Kevin Walter still hasn't shown that he belongs in the starting slot (IMO) so a big game from him would be sweet. Between Jacoby, Jerome and Andre Davis, I think the talent and speed is there to make something happen. I hope those guys all realize the spotlight is theirs for the taking.

I don't see how they can put in anyone other than Jacoby. He's definately got the attitude and has shown flashes of brilliance in what little field time he's had. He's tall, fast and has good hands. Let the boy play!

I think they should leave everyone where they have been and place Davis in Johnson slot. Things are going well as they are and we just need to hope Davis can have 1/2 the game Johnson would. I think we will need to make it up in the running game and Daniels. Pound it down there throat! You might see Gado get in the game here and light it up. I just have a gut feeling on this one.

I think the "pound it" running game is going to be there regardless. It is working for the Texans this year........I love it too!
I also agree that Davis should get a shot, provided Dre doesn't play this game. It will be good if the Texans can show their talent is deep. People are really taking notice this year and for the team to keep rolling without one of their biggest stars would be "off the hook"!

I'm not....lol. I promise. I just think we are going to need to run the ball ALOT in this game. We will need to use all 3 RB's in this game. By the time Green and Dayne pound for 2 quarters Gado will have his way the 2nd half of the game.

I would love to see what jacoby can do in the spot light...kubiak already said davis is probably going to start but everyone should get plenty of opportunities to make plays

If AJ is out then look for OD to have a big day. I'm guessing that this might be JJ's break out game if AJ cant go... Let's all hope that AJ will be ready come Sunday!

I suspect that is how this might play out. OD may have a huge day as the TE is a nice safty valve for a QB and our QB trusts him.
