I am working in the middle east and am a little behind but wanted to get in here and congratulate the offensive line on their protection last sunday. I'm pretty sure that was the first game they allowed no sacks in franchise history. This is probably the most difficult and critical part of the game to develop. The previous seasons have proven to be brutal on the QB. Maybe we will see that trend reversed.
WELL DONE!!

Ya'll think he'll ever know? Or will he just come back and think the O-line gradually got better?

While I am sure the line has improved with another year under their belt, this is the same group. It is obvious that the QB has something to do with him not getting sack.
Schaub has made plays where Carr woulld have folded, run out of bounds behind the LOS or thrown to the other team.

i think schaubs fast release and decision making is helping a little. i think carr always made our line look way worse than it really was. So now they're good ;) !!!
Last year, the OL got off to a pretty good start and then had a few injuries. The last two games of the year, they started putting things together and have continued into the first two games this year. Lets hope they can continue to stay well.

Well, when it comes to playing the Colts again - who we beat last year - the good news is that the coaching staff is the same as last year, the O-line is the same as last December, and the receivers are basically the same. We've added Ahman Green as a RB, but still have Ron Dayne to pound it up the middle. So the only change is QB. Hopefully we will win again.

Having a group of solid guys that have played together, and know eachother's tendencies means a lot more than having a pro-bowler or two.
This unit will only get better over time, that's why I don't think you will see Spencer this season barring any unforseen injuries to our T's

GOod point 3rd I was going to pose that question yesterday that if Spencer is 100% in week 6 do you risk ruining the continuity by plugging in a better offensive lineman. Its a tough question to ask but it is a good question to have on the thinking that spencer has more time to heal and be ready for next year

I just think, if it aint broke......you know. Ephraim is THE leader on that line and they are flat getting it done right now. Don't rock the boat.
Don't get me wrong, I loved what I saw from Spencer last year but let these guys continue to play with eachother and work with eachother and we will only get better.

Always a delay with Spencer. Look for him to return next year at the earliest.
