View Full Version : Please allow me to look ahead to Denver...

Given the fact that Kubiak brought most of Denver's offense down here to Houston with him, what do you think he will do to prepare for the Denver game that he wouldn't do while getting prepared for any other game?

I'm thinking he's going to let Mike (Sherman) call the plays during the game, so Denver's defense won't have an idea of what sorts of plays to expect.

Thoughts?

Uh..first off....No, looking forward to a matchup that is THAT FAR AWAY IS RIDICULOUS. Secondly....No, Kubiak will not give up the play calling to sherman for ANY REASON....thats also a ridiculous idea.

why would you get back at 3:30 tomorrow....the hated titans and their front 7 plus vy and how to stop or atleast slow them down is what SHOULD be on our minds after the jag game.

God I hope our players dont think like y'all and look ahead to other games that are weeks ahead.

ok, im thinking a bit clearer now.....

i think this is probably an advantage.. i see it as we know the broncos and what they do, and with that said we're not the broncos so they dont know what we're gunna doo but they have an idea.... which is our advantage. so i hope Kubs has matured alil bit by then with this O, and he'll have andre to work in so i like this match up.

Denver has the 32nd ranked Run Defense and the 1st Ranked Pass Defense in the NFL, so I'm hoping that Ahman Green is healthy and has it cranked up a couple of notches by then.

i have full confidence in ahman, hes a proven pro to me and i dont see any cons except a bit slower(but i love his cuts, he gets whats there and more if he can) and hes old, straight up. im very worried about our O line... once again its the worst part of our team.....

could those stats be because everyone is just running on them?? or cuz of jammer and lynch and baley??

Denver is a run first team, as everyone knows. They can't get that part of their offense going this season for some reason. Their defense is without Warrick Holdman and Al Wilson for the first time. But yes, everyone runs on them because they know they can. Plain and simple.
