He is one of our many sad stories of his injuries never giving him a chance. He has a good chance this year to get some playing time. I hope this time he makes it but I am sure glad we are not counting on him this year. good luck to ya Ben

Joppru's 2006 stint with the Seahawks was anything but stable, as he started out living in teammate Ryan Plackemeier's basement and eventually finished the season crashing on the couch at Heller's apartment. Having proven himself as a valuable special teams player, Joppru recently joined up with Heller to start renting a two-bedroom apartment on Seattle's Eastside

"It's different," tight ends coach Jim Lind said. "But when you get some new guys to work with, that's always exciting.
"Those guys were a good group. Unfortunately, Ryan (Hannam) got hurt, Mili got old, and Jerramy's not here." Unfortunately ... for the Seahawks. But guys like Joppru and Stephens could find fortune in the overhaul

We took Peek instead of Lance Briggs and Dave Ragone over Chris Brown. Ouch! I do not know if we should have gone with Jason Witten but anyway ...Good luck Bennie !

Good find Brianlrip !
Who knows, Lady Luck may finally smile on BJ and get him some playing time in the Emerald City besides just in the capacity of a STs guy . He for sure deserves some good luck after all he's been thru in the NFL to this point.

The good guy in me wants him to do well and be successful.

The bad guy doesn't want that for him because then all we'll hear about is "TEXANS ARE DUM YOU LET JOPPRU GO!!! ROFL!!!!" from the peanut gallery.
