I'm just sitting here tired as hell and started wondering about something. I don't feel like doing the research to get all the facts when I have tons of messageboard users' knowledge right here at my fingertips, so here goes.

Since he has taken the job with TAMU i'm pretty sure he has already stepped down, but does anyone know if Mike Sherman is still currently acting as our offensive coordinator? And if not who is? And if not when was the last game he coached?

Of course if he is still here then this question is null and void but my main question is, could it be that we are doing better as a team because he has gone? How much could that be factoring into our current situation?

I know we have had several guys step up, and obviously our D played rather crushingly against Denver, i'm just curious what others thoughts may be on this?

Sherman is still here but I believe Kubes is doing more of the offensive game planning.HydrO mentioned he noticed more RZB schemes in the Denver game.Personally I did not see the game. :(

Yeah, rather than doing what Petrino did with the Falcons, Sherman told A&M he would coach there, but was going to finish the season here with the Texans. Much classier.

Okay throw my whole question out. It does seem as though we have opened up the playbook a bit though.

I was sort of wondering if Kyle was pitching in on the play calling? Or maybe helping with the OC game planning and that migh be why the offense seems a bit more open.

Probably not

They will probably do a lot of film work with him this offseason to see if he can make the adjustments. Until this season is over Kyle is to work with the QBs and get them to execute the game plan.
