Corey Simon & Donovan Darius to Texans??

Donovan Darius was released other day, we need a safety very very badly. KFFL reports that Corey Simon will be released in next couple days, he wasn't even invited to the Colts Super Bowl Ring Ceremony.

granted we have a number of DL, but can you have too many impact players??

Indy sucked against the run last year, when Simon was with the Eagles......guess what, they sucked against the run also. Simon is vastly overrated especially for the price he's going to want to get paid. The Texans are fine at DT.........safety is another story, but more so FS, I don't think we are bleeding at SS, our problem is we have two SS's and no FS.

Corey Simon want be playing football sorry he has a real bad illness. That will prevent him from playing football pray for him . Donovan Darius will command to much to money on the open market. ...Simeon Rice should be released sometime before the season. We should make a hard run at him. I think Rick will do just that.

I would love to see Darius in a Texans uni but it sounds like his asking price is going to be too high for us to make a legitimate offer.

Whoever started this thread has no idea how hard pressed we are in the salary cap area... We were lucky Ahman agreed to his cap friendly deal.
