Found this to be real interesting, seems like Bush's lawyers were trying to intimidate a witness in the deposition phase of his court hearing.

In another bizarre turn in the lawsuit brought against former USC star Reggie Bush, the deposition of New Era Sports co-founder Lloyd Lake came to an unexpected halt Tuesday after a man sitting in on the proceedings revealed he was carrying a handgun

"All Cornwell said was that this guy was working for the law firm of David Cornwell and that he has a CCW (carrying concealed weapon) permit," Watkins said. "The guy sat with his arms folded the whole time, staring at Lloyd. Then he opened up his jacket and you could see that he had a gun on him. I asked (Bush's attorneys) to identify him, and they refused to even tell me his name. Then after going back and forth about it, they told me his name, but wouldn't tell me who he was working for or why he was there. I wanted a business card or something that explained who this guy was."

This is some pretty bizzare stuff.......defintely a strong case of intimidation.

bizzare stuff indeed!!
...can't figure out how the guy made it through the medal detector at the front door of the courthouse. Even with the CCW license wouldn't he have to check the gun with courthouse security?

Watkins said the man followed Lake in "an intimidating manner" almost immediately after Lake arrived for the deposition, which was set to take place at the San Diego law offices of Pillsbury, Winthrop, Shaw and Pittman.

The powers who be should really look into this matter....... after reading the entire article I could only come to one conclussion......intimidation via thug style.

Well, they are getting into all sports now. So, if they get into this...Bush sure helped open the door really wide. We have spygate(BS if you ask most...we all know coaches watch other practices), then we have roids and then thug mentality.

Makes the NFL look like a high schoool division with stupid standards. And if they get involved, what will they do...no pass no play rule of some type?
