Nice read. Probably the best decision Mario could've made was hiring a professional agency that stressed importance on interviewing. He already possessed the physical tools....a 6'7" DE that runs a 4.6 40 and benches 35 reps of 225+ lbs sells itself, but interviewing well is what landed him the top pick. Personally I'm satisfied with the results and hope we never have to re-live all the bust talk.
