this guy is really rising up draft boards. came in and measured out close to 6'5 271lbs and just put up 31 reps on the bench. he's a good technician who should run very well. id expect a mid 4.6-low 4.7


i'm pretty much convinced we will go with either a DB or DE, so if phillips is gone and we dont value any of the other CB's as worthy of the 18th pick, harvey might be the guy.

I would take mendenhall over harvey, but that may not be what the texans have in mind with the stable of unproven guys we have already. i doubt he'll be there anyways after busting a 4.37 unofficial time.
