I just read on nfl.com that he can be tendered for a third rounder. I would definitely make that move. You take a solid corner for a third rounder! Now you can address RB,OL,OLB or S in round one. I wouldn't mind it at all if we snagged Dan Conner from Penn State in round 1 while giving our third for foxworth.

He has the size and speed, but Denver only uses him primarily in nickle situations. He has gotten beat a lot in coverages since they signed him and that's why they are willing to let him go for a third when they picked him up for a third in 2005.
