I am going to the preseason game against Chicago, and I haven't been able to see the Texans play on TV in a few years, let alone go to an actual game.
The major thing that I am excited to see is the opening, when the players come out of the tunnel to the field because I am very disappointed whenever I go to any of USC's away games. I have gotten spoiled with great opening at USC for the past couple years, and I get really disappointed in everyone else's...
Also are there any special chants or anything like that?
If you could help me out, it would be much apreciated...[:D]

You have to be there for the beginning. YOu should be in your seats at least by 11:45, if the game is at noon. THey do the star bangled banner of course, then the other team, and thenour team comes out of this big bullhead that is snorting smoke. They individually call out some players, the announcer says the first name, and the crowd yells the last name. It's a blast.
Right before kickoff you have to make sure you watch the big screen. They have a bull with a Texan head running through Houston and into the stadium with four or five others. It's exceptional, and then kick off!
It's not usually quite as good during pre-season, but you will get the idea. Where are your seats?

The game starts at 7pm.... Do you have your parking pass. You need a parking pass or you will not be able to park in any of the lots and will have to either park at some outside cash lot or park at a metrorail lot and take the train to reliant....
If you do get parking pass, the tailgate lots open at 3 pm....I think the platinum lot opens at 2.
Traffic will be heavy, so try and get to stadium by 6 if you are not tailgating and you can catch pregame warmups.
Budweiser Plaza opens at 5 pm ....it is on the south side facing 610. They have live music....cheerleaders.....drink....and the Texans fan shop there.....
