Duane Brown- I see him starting maybe half the games this year and struggling a bit in pass protection. However, I see our running game being quite good this year no matter who is running the ball.

Antwaun Molden- Probably going to be getting some reps in both special teams and in run situations because of his physicality. Not sure how well Reeves supports the run, but between Reeves and Bennett, whoever is weaker against the run, I'd expect Molden to take their spot on run plays. Probably will be the dime back as Fletcher will be the nickel. I also see him lining up against big WR's if we need him to. I think Molden will eventually wind up at FS down the road when Dunta comes back.

Steve Slaton- Hmm...Ahman Green, Chris Brown, Chris Taylor, Darius Walker, and Slaton. The thing about a RB corps is we need to have backs who all compliment each other's weaknesses. I think Taylor and Walker are both banished to the practice squad because they don't compliment Green or Brown. They're pretty much all the same skill wise. Slaton gives us a home run threat after Green and Brown.

Xavier Adibi- Linebackers usually always drop, but Adibi was given a 2nd round grade. Speed is his game and he can drop into coverage which is perfect for a WLB. He's going to produce on special teams and push Greenwood for the WLB spot. I think Diles is our backup MLB and SLB, but WLB is all Adibi.

Frank Okam- We sorely needed depth along the DLine. I think we use Okam, Johnson, and Okoye in a rotation on passing and running plays. Okam and Johnson will man the DT spots on run plays. They should help tie up blockers to contain the run and allow Adibi and Demeco to bring down the ball carriers.

Dom Barber- If he makes the squad, he's depth on special teams and nothing more.

That QB- Yea...he's definitely our starter this year.

I think they'll dump Green before Taylor. Green is long in the tooth and Taylor is still a kid.

I don't think Taylor or Walker are eligible for the practice squad.

"Although practice squad players are usually rookies or first-year men, any player with fewer than 10 career games on an active gameday roster for any team(s) may be signed to a practice squad; however, players may not spend more than 3 seasons on the practice squad. "

taylor has played 4 games and was signed in 2006

darius walker also has 4 games and was signed in 2007

not sure how many games theyve been active though, but i know for sure that walker has been active for less than 10 games.

I expect that Taylor is designated a FB and Walker is on PS, unless Green is gone in which case I expect everyone to be there with 3 RBs and 2 FBs. Cook is toast. I really doubt Kubes cuts Green as he is very loyal to vets and will give him every chance to play healthy........however long that may be.
