Ran across this on the yahoo front page. Not only do I think it is completely retarded to even have a mock draft for next year, but it has us going number 14 and taking a WR.

I don't see the point of these early mock drafts -- not only are they predicting the value of college players before the season starts but they are also predicting the performance of NFL teams even before training camp.

Yeah, I was just thinking that the pickings appear to be slim around #32. ;)

I don't see us taking a WR in the 1st given our current team. If I had to guess now, I would say either CB (to replace DR when he moves to FS), DE (since we didn't bother this season) or DT (be nice to have a huge run stuffer next to Okoye).

I've watched Okam for the last few years. I like the pick where we took him but I don't see him being any more than a really good backup in the NFL. Hopefully he will prove me wrong.
