Was watchin nfl access last night and the ticker at the bottom of the screen said we signed jimmy williams the free safety from atlanta.......

Checked chron this morning and nuthin......
also nuthin on it here...........

but I watched it roll around 3 times....we signed him and some tight end......

does anybody know anything about the guy????

Is he good........Is he the Free safety we been lookin for???? Or more of a depth player????????

I know hes young...only 24.......and hes another virginia product(yes another one)......other than that i dont know much about the guy.......

Any info would be greatly appreciated...........I am just thinkin that rick smith is manuervering very methodically.....but i like it

Per roto world they are both considered camp fodder (or cannon fodder so they say) just bodies to use.

I know him... drafted as a CB, JUST WAY TOOOO SLOW, moved to Safety... camp fodder

hes a punt and kick returner mainly, primarily used as a punt returner.. he played for alot of teams including the niners and falcons. probably will be cut in training camp.
