View Full Version : Could we use this logo for "throwback day"???

I was wondering if we would be allowed to use this logo for "throwback day"???
Would we even want to???

It is the World Football League logo for the 1974 Houston Texans. I took the liberty of editing the colors so they match our current colors (I also posted the original logo in Green & Yellow).

I thought it looked pretty cool... I found a shirt on ebay and bought one:

Well I think you mean the 1974 Oilers, but still they look interesting...as long as the logos match well with the jerseys.

because it's a throw back to me everytime he is sacked. Reminds me of the Carr days.

Lol! You know, his number I think was 7 before he joined the Falcons, but that belonged to Michael Vick. But that would mean all those no. 8 jerseys with Carr taped over would have to go. Maybe a pregame bonfire?

Actually, I think it would be a good "throwback" logo...

After all, that is the logo of the original "Houston Texans" (eventhough it was in the World Football League).

I also think it looks pretty cool...
