Didnt see this anywhere else, but the rest of the schedule for the preseason TV is as follows:
Week 2: ABC13(as usual)
Week 3: CBS(nationally televised(?))
Week 4: Channel 39(which Im assuming is the CW39, channel 5)
You probably knew the the first couple weeks, but I think week 4 is a change, or then again it may air on ABC13 and also the CW. But if not on ABC, check the CW39. But I thought Id just let you guys know(on the schedule it says ABC.).

"The Houston Texas’ final pre-season game of the 2008 NFL season will be broadcast locally on Channel 39, KIAH-TV.
The Aug. 28 matchup will be the first-ever Texans game to be broadcast on the network.
The Texans will be facing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the game, which will be broadcast live on Channel 39 beginning at 7 p.m. from Reliant Stadium.
Roger Bare, vice president and general manager of Channel 39/KIAH-TV, points out that Houston television viewers have watched Houston Oilers games on Channel 39 in the past, but this will be the first Texans game for the network."
