We are deep on alot of positions now, but I am wondering when the cut goes to 53, who is doing awesome we could steal from another teams Practice squad or from getting cut. I know most are kept, but an overstacked position might get us a gem.

I only see us going to look at gems in FA if someone goes down to injury during the regular season. We're already 2 weeks in and we're trying to talk a look at what we're got now.

Green is "hurt" and him getting nicked this fast isn't a good omen. Taylor just seems a step off speed and vision for this scheme. And Brown has been hurt, another RB would be smart...even a PS guy.

I heard that the Bucs released Luke Petigout. He might be able to provide depth for us at Guard or maybe tackle.

In case anyone was interested in Petitgout...

NFL spokesman Greg Aiello confirmed that free agent OT Luke Petitgout's four-game suspension is steroid related.
Petitgout is only 32 and was a solid starter as recently as the first half of the 2006 season, but his suspension is career threatening. Still, teams that incur injuries at tackle in the first few weeks figure to give him a look when he's eligible in Week 5. Petitgout can also play guard.
