Kickoff at Kemah

I know this event is coming up at the end of the month and am planning to attend this year if I can. If I go it will be the first time attending this event and just want to know what kind of activities they have here. Is it pretty much like what they have at TC?

you get there 3 hours before it starts, be the 20th person in line, get the wristband for autographs, are told by staff u cannot buy more than one session at a time, go stand in line for another 3 hours, get 2 autographs, go back to get more wristbands, only to be told they are sold out, and that you should have bought them all together.
