anybody else think we can cut green or brown and still win 10 games?
i think with Taylor and Slaton as a 1-2 punch of power and speed was great against Dallas and can carry us all season...
i know we should keep one in case someone gets hurt, but who should go?

Green is still the best we have imo. Until he is out for the year..he is our number 1 guy no matter how anyone has looked in preseason.
The game changes when the reg season starts. I don't want to test out the young studs with no vets out there to lead the way.

I think Brown will get cut. Especially after Green's restructured contract.

Yup. I think this pretty much sealed brown's fate.

Yea Green's restructured deal tells you who the option will be if/when the time comes.

Kubiak said on the radio this week that Brown's back injury wasn't responding to the treatment he's been getting. He's done. I think he's a lock to be cut.

Yep, definitely Brown. Hardly any TC time and all those nagging injuries + the restructured Green contract, See Ya.

I expect us to keep Green, Slaton, Taylor and Walker. I don't believe they expect Green to last long, so they will find a way to keep 4 RBs around.
I expect Brown to be gone.

Adios Brown, he almost had a shot if he would have played the Cowboys game and played it well. But those injuries really hurt his standing in this organization.

I think Mr Pink and Mr. White are the next to go.

i sure wanted GREEN/BROWN allday long......but now....preseason is gone, except tonight with TAMPA. i hate to agree but i think unless BROWN runs tonight and has over 100.....hes outa here. SLATON/WALKER saves $ and just looks better at this point....:D

I would for one be very upset if Brown isn't cut, because that likely means that Taylor or Walker are gone and I like them a lot more than Brown. I have never liked Brown, or is running style. I don't know why but he reminds me of a turkey when he runs because he is soo upright...

brown always seemed to be practice fodder to me considering his injury history. but i guess they were just hoping that he may make it.

Unless they cut both. But, unlikely so it would be Brown.

I suspect that even Brown knows he is going to be cut and Green saved his job with the restructure. I doubt Shipp sticks unless they think they need a short yardage banger and put Walker on the PS, but I really don't see that happening.

a little birdie told me Brown will be cut next week, and Slaton will steal Green's job by week 5. Seriously.:D
