outrunning cornerbacks for good catches...i like ss a lil more,i see him pickup blitzes good now as a rook, fast, can break tackles. he's ready. plus now (mabe imlate) i see HOW good he can catch with this vid.

Don't get me wrong, the kid is gonna be a beast when he puts some weight on. I believe he can be the next LT, but that highlight was against Pitt. If it was against someone like LSU, USC, or Texas then I would be more impressed. But it was was impressive none the less.

During the Broncos prime... they often passed 1st round draft RB talent to snag gems in later rounds. I honestly believe that is what Kubiak & Co. have done with Slaton. Throw in some Alex Gibbs... and the texans run game should be top notch this season or the following.
