Coaching Coaching Coaching!!!!! to me this game came down to three things poor preparation poor playcalling and poor execution, all of which can be placed solely on the shoulders of the the coaching staff. Shaub was awful looked like a friggin retard in the pocket looking for his baseball. Oh and 2nd down and 1 for the td and ya pass twice that td could have changed the game. Oh and dont bother to remind of the three 1st and goal opportunities. I dont care what all you homers say we stink. Im a season ticket holder and will always love this team and will never give up on this franchise but once again im embarrased. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! Steve Slaton looked good though. I need to vent and please call me a troll ive prob been more loyal to this team even in the worst of times but today was crap we could have won this game if our staff was half competent now lets all listen to a press conference on how kubes needs to look at himself yeah you do that buddy. Im only here bc i care and im soooo **** frustrated and a lil typsy anyway. GO TEXANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

AMEN, fire them all. This suc**. Play for a field goal when you should push, and don't kick field goals when you should. BOOOOOOOO. I was a huge Kubiak fan, and after last year and 2 games this year, he can go work somewhere else.

Welcome to the forums... amazing post that will open the eyes of many fans that have been tricked into thinking this organization is going places...

I expected this team to rebound from Ike with ease and poise whether they had time to properly prep or not.

Ok this thread is ridiculous.....talk about jumping the gun. what props does our d- get? leaving a 10+ yd cushion on the receivers in the first half and cutting it down to 5 yd cushion. yeah no.

Yeah it's time for Sage because Matt Shuab is NOT that deal. Even when Carr was here Sage would bring us up from behind or just win games. Let Matt go hang out with Vince Young or Tavaris Jackson somewhere. Herman Munster lookin...

Yeah I'm upset but I was also very excited throughout the whole game knowing we were on the verge of coming back and winning. Of course we had a crappy first half but the second got better and we were holding the Tacks. We just have to find a way to start the first half with the second half tempo and keep it rolling. I think we can all bring the good out of this game by letting Steve Slaton start, continue to grow, and be the back we have been looking for. I not all about canning Schaub but I believe he has to prove himself in practice and if he can't we need to bring in Sage. With a young team comes TIME to build and work out the kinks especially with a new offense AND defense scheme. What did y'all expect these guys to do......before you start calling for heads, run down to Reliant Stadium and tell Coach Kubiak to give you a shot at starting on either side of the ball (whichever you think we could do better at), get your a-- kicked all over the practice field and then come back here and say all you want. Be LOYAL regardless of how you feel and how pissed you are and how much better you THINK you can do. Remember what it was like without a team? Enough said!

OK OK OK yes I hope this thread has opened many eyes because im normally a pretty quiet person when it comes to these message boards, and I never said I could perform better on the field coaching wise i believe these guys suck major *** and I could coach this team or at least call plays that would be a lil more efficient. Everyone who thinks kubes can take this team somehwere is sadly mistaken. He sucks and im not just jumping the gun today was the final straw for me im sick and tired of being the laughing stock of the leauge and ****it 7 years should be enough for us to put a product on the field that has a reasonable chance at competing and it doesnt we look just as bad as when david carr took his first snap oh and by the way I was there from day one all you jerk offs that wanna talk crap about how I feel kiss my butt. All I know is that we need something to change maybe they would be better off somewhere else we all know the titans were. Im just tired of representing these colors and getting this crap shoved down my throat. I am a Texan fan and will always be a Texan fan, but ****it this is garbage the people of Houston deserve more not this attempt at an NFL team. Im just ranting and this is not an attempt to please the powers that be on this board its to express a real fans disgust and embarrassment over this performance. IDGAF

i love how when things look bad, you suddenly have people screaming everyone sucks.

it not the end of the world, we are just 0-2, alot of good teams were 0-2 last week.

mulligan this up to stress of IKE and players losing homes, and not having electricity like alot of us dont.

ok, l dont think firing kubiak is the answer, he just needs a better staff around him...besides if kubiak is fired who are we gonna hire? kiffin? lol
