Don't get down just yet, I remember last year being 2-0 and everyone thought we were going to make the playoffs. Now we are 0-2, who knows what will happen, all we can do is support our boys and maybe they can turn it around. I think they can i have a good feeling about the next two games.

Is is true that Schaub is not allowed to audible? I watched the game again last night and saw his scared look when they broke the huddle on that 4th and 4 play(as if he was like oh ****, we are in trouble). Most of the D was stacked on the left side but yet he didn't change the play, the right side would have been wide open, it was like he was either clueless or is not allowed to change the plays.

He audibled two times in the game if I remember correctly. One time for sure becaus ethe took advantage of a mismatch. I do agree that he seems to be having trouble reading the D though, last season he seemed to be much fast with his reads and seemed to know which player was going to have a mismatch to pass to.

This season he seems to be a tad confused. Not sure what it is just yet, but ever since the second drive when he got slammed against the steelers he does not seem to see the field anymore.

The last interception he through against the Titans, he seemed to be rolling on the ground crying... that image has been haunting me because he looked broken as he rolled around. On the NFL channel Deion Sanders taunted him in the replay with him rolling around saying, "You ain't hurt... GET UP!"

I am a huge fan and my wife wears her Schaub jersey each sunday... I am starting to get nervous that he is in a funk right now. If he snaps out this week we should be fine.

I have a bad feeling he will turn into Carr because of lack of time to scan field. He looks defeated and scared. I hope not.

Carr was not allowed to audible either..

Because he would have trouble counting his own fingers during games. His brain was like scrambled eggs because he got hit so many times. He would probably audible out of all the passing plays just so he woudl not have to hold the ball.

Carr was a special breed of QB and I am impressed that he is still playing in the NFL.

With Steve Slaton going off, if Schaub would've completed those TD passes to AJ, do you think the game would've been a little different. Seems like the D would've backed off a bit.

I wish our FG unit would not have been all sucky because I feel that Tenn was getting very complacent and perhaps we could've squeaked one out.

Most definetely... man we would be talking about a whole completely different game

I agree, it's way too early to throw in the towel. The schedule looks much more favorable for the Texans in October with all the home games. Really Schaub has looked off since the Dallas pre-season game. Hopefully he can shake off the rust or the nerves next Sunday and look sharp on the opening drive. I'd just like to sit through at least 5 minutes of the game without saying "what the bleep is wrong with Schaub".

I know what you mean... the Texans will shape and will pull it together against the Jags.. We just need ro remain calm and remember the season is not even close to being over, especially the way the Jags and Colts are playing...;)
